This model lays out the framework for short, hands-on courses that can coach all the necessary skills to provide great service.
Problem: Inconsistent training of new hires leading to poor performance and disagreements on the correct way to complete tasks
Solution: A unified training model that can be applied at anytime during a workers employment and consistent educational tools to demonstrate the correct ways to complete tasks.
